The course they need to start teaching is “landing safely after your company blows up”.
Regardless of what the “leaders” claim, the company is imploding and several mid-level leaders (so far) have decided to take their organizations and move on. The State AG’s and the FTC are hot to shut FHTM down. As is is the changes to the compensation plan have demoralized many of the newer distributors because the earning power just isn’t there. Recruiting is being derailed with all the negative publicity including the loss of the affiliation with AT&T, and Dupont.
If you are still in FHTM it is time to look yourself in the mirror and ask, am I really introducing people to an opportunity where they can realize their dreams, or am I simply trying to extend my earnings in FHTM. I think we both know the truth.
